Research interests

My main research interests focus on the constructing and characterization of surface nanostructures using scanning probe 

microscopy (mainly including: STM, ECSTM, AFM), the investigation of fundamental electronic, optical and optoelectronic 

properties of nanoscale materials, the design and development of nanoelectronics and nanophotonic systems.
